Phase
One:

sub-stairs are set at the same time and manner as a conventional stair system

sub-stairs allow for the free flow of trade people and materials from floor to
floor.

scrapes and trade damage have no impact on the finished stair system.

temporary safety rail system can be installed directly into treads for jobsite
safety and OSHA compliance.
Phase
two:
- Pre-finished
treads and risers installed on the sub-stair system at the same time as the
balustrade system.
- Treads
and risers are finished in a controlled and state of the art manufacturing
environment.
- Installation
of the pre-finished treads and risers take days off your production schedule.
- Eliminates
trade damage, repair cost and time of onsite preparation and stair finishing.
